CEC
Cohered Energy Coefficient - The coherence, capture, recovery or
utilization or application of energy released and or transformed
from the Localized Energy Lattice (LEL) as a direct result of excitation
and or stimulation from one or more (SEC) Exciters. Calculated by
CEC = U_out / U_in

DEB Directed Energy Beam - A special configuration of the L3 coil, driven by two Exciters, which produces a concentrated, directional high intensity energy wave.

DEF Directed Energy Beam Formula - Calculation of DEB beam energy based on input enery to L3. B_j = avg(J_in) * (360/r) * 2. where r is the radius of L3.

Exciter A Negative Resistance Oscillator - A SEC Exciter is a special oscillator design, which specifically generates a UWB Spectrum of frequencies that are required in part to stimulated (excite) the LEL in such a way to allow for the Coherence of additional energy released by the LEL.

LEF Localized Energy Frame - A segment of the LEL within which SEC occurs. The LEF can very in size and is controlled primarily by the excitation generated by an Exciter. The greater the energy stimulation provided by an Exciter, the larger the LEF and the amount of energy that is returned (available) from the LEF for Coherence. Within the LEF the energy available for Coherence is on the order of U_in^2. The boundary of the LEF is defined by the sqrt(U_in) and begins a conventional square law drop from this boundary.

LEL Localized Energy Lattice - An ordered wave structure, which is the underlying fabric and controlling source of the Universe.The conduit through, which all energy manifestation and conversion takes place.

SEC Spatial Energy Coherence - A Theory by Dr. Stiffler covering the coherence, capture, recovery and utilization of energy released and transformed from the Localized Energy Lattice (LEL) as a result of excitation by one or more (SEC) Exciters.

SWT Single Wire Transmission - The method where by energy is transferred from a point of generation to a point of utilization by means of a single wire. Although the concept is not unique when a ground such as an (earth ground) is used as the circuit completion, SWT in SEC uses the LEF for communications and completion of the circuit between generator and receiver.

UWB Ultra Wideband - The Universe is an infinite mix of frequencies, which are utilized by nature and man for communications and control. Radio, Television, Visible Light, Invisible Light, A Block of Steel and the Human Body are in reality just a mixing of waves containing various frequencies. UWB implies a wide range or Ultra Wide range of frequencies rather than a finite small segment. SEC UWB can be as great as 500 MHz in bandwidth.
