In order to better our chances of receiving the property from Agfa, the Tesla Wardenclyffe Project is working in partnership with a local organization known as Friends of Science East. Together we would like to see the site become a regional science center built around the Nikola Tesla Museum, Library, and Historical Archive.
The museum's focus will be the history of science and technology. It will address the scholarly pursuits of research and invention, with emphasis placed on areas of wireless communications, electrical power systems, lighting, and motors. Exhibits will include dynamic demonstrations of Tesla's devices, and will foster an awareness of basic scientific principles through the use of interactive exhibits and hands-on experiential learning.
