Here is a piece written on the premise that civilization has reached a critical point at which an alternative to fossil fuels needs to be found.  It is the result of the author's 15 year study of the paradoxes which exist in present day electromagnetic theory and the belief that their resolution might lead the way to an entirely new energy source.  Starting with a foundation based upon Biblical descriptions and more recent observations of unexplained phenomena, a case is put together for the existence of a high energy vacuum as the basis for a new form of energy.
